Job Description
About the Role:Cabali is looking for an energetic and motivated Bar Back to join our team! This is a fast-paced, high-energy role where you'll be the backbone of our bar operations, keeping things running smoothly so our bartenders can deliver an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities:
- Stock and restock bar supplies including liquor, beer, wine, glassware, and garnishes
- Keep bar area clean, organized, and sanitized throughout each shift
- Assist bartenders with drink preparation and service during high-volume periods
- Collect and wash glassware to ensure a steady supply during peak hours
- Remove empty bottles, trash, and debris to maintain a safe and tidy workspace
- Communicate inventory needs to bartenders and management proactively
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Previous bar back, busser, or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong physical stamina — ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stay on your feet for extended periods
- Team-oriented attitude with strong communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
