BANQUET SET-UP/CLEAN-UP CREW
$15.45 per hour
**This is an On-Call position. No guaranteed hours for the day/week/month**
SUMMARY
The Banquet Set-Up and Clean-Up Crew plays a crucial role in ensuring that events run smoothly and efficiently at the Modern Maturity Center. This position involves preparing banquet spaces before events and restoring them to their original state afterward, thereby contributing to the overall guest experience.
The crew sets up tables and chairs according to event specifications and cleans up after events to maintain a pristine environment. Attention to detail and teamwork are essential as the crew collaborates closely with event coordinators and other staff members. Ultimately, each event's success relies heavily on the diligent efforts of the Banquet Set-Up and Clean-Up Crew.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in event setup or hospitality industry.
- Must be available to work nights and weekends.
- Due to numerous events, reliable transportation is required.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects, as required by the role, which demands physical stamina
- Must pass a criminal background check.
