Banquet Server - NYE Temp '26 (Citywide LV)

The primary responsibility of the New Years Eve Food Sever is to provide prompt, courteous service to the Banquet guests and ensure they receive a pleasurable experience

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge customer immediately with a smile.

• Inform guests of any specials and have a full understanding of the menu to answer any questions.

• Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests’ needs.

• Clear empty plates and glasses from tables and place quickly on service trays.

• Prepare sections and side stations, i.e., make sure tables are cleaned and set properly.

• Make sure all areas are clean and free of debris.

• Must be available December 30th and 31st for entire posted shift.

Qualifications

• Work requires 6 months’ previous food server experience, but positive attitude and energy are essential.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.

• Must be able to carry and lift 50 lbs

• Work requires effective communication in English, both verbal and written form in a professional manner.

• Must present a neat and professional appearance.

• Work requires interactions with customers, public and co-workers.

• Work requires teamwork with other staff members.

• Must have current and active Alcohol Awareness and SNHD cards.

• Must be able to stand for an 8 hour period and work in a fast paced environment with accuracy.
