Bethesda Country Club is hiring Banquet Servers!
Do you enjoy creating great experiences, working with people, and being part of a team? Join our banquet team and help make special events memorable for our members and their guests.
As a Banquet Server, you'll provide attentive, polished service throughout weddings, celebrations, club events, and other special occasions-all while working in a fun, team-focused environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve food and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail
- Place dishes by course and provide proper table service
- Keep dining rooms, tables, server stations, and bar areas clean and organized
- Anticipate guest needs and deliver friendly, responsive service
- Address member and guest concerns promptly and involve a supervisor when needed
- Work collaboratively with fellow servers, bartenders, and banquet staff
What We're Looking For
- 1 year of food service or bartending experience preferred
- Customer service experience
- A positive, team-oriented attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to anticipate and respond to customer needs
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working in a fast-paced event environment
