Banquet Server

Essential Functions:

Responsible for timely and efficient service of food and beverage during events such as private parties, weddings, family celebrations, golf outings and retreats.
Set up for events by putting out tables, chairs, and place settings, arranging room and setting up buffets.
Carrying plates of food on trays and serving guests
Table service including keeping glasses filled, removing each round of plates and replenishing utensils.
Perform cleaning tasks and breakdown of service.

Ability to work as part of a team from kitchen to dining room.
Anticipate member and guest needs, remaining a step ahead with continuous service.
Maintain a professional appearance and wear the required uniform; you are a representative of Bretton Woods.

Requirements:

Strong communication skills and command of English language.
Knowledge of food and beverage service and the sequence of service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced situations.
Ability to carry trays with fragile materials as well as do heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
Availability to work a variable schedule to include mornings, nights, weekends, and Holidays.
Must have reliable transportation as there is no public transportation to the club.
