Live Oaks Golf Club, managed by Bobby Jones Links, is an 18-hole, semi-private course designed by John F. Stahl and opened in 1969. The par 71 course sits on 130 acres, and the 200 year old live oak trees provide the setting for the best value for golf in the Jackson Metro area. The club offers a practice area with a chipping green and a putting green, in addition to hitting bays.

Live Oaks is hiring for Banquet Event Cleanup. 

Primary responsibilities include:

Clearing tables of dishes, glassware, silverware, linens, and centerpieces
Breaking down and cleaning banquet tables and chairs
Removing trash and recycling
Sweeping, vacuuming, or mopping the event space
Cleaning spills and addressing any food or beverage debris
Returning furniture, equipment, and supplies to their designated locations
Breaking down buffet stations, bars, or service areas
Assisting with inventory and returning unused items
Cleaning and sanitizing service areas
Ensuring the banquet room is reset and ready for the next event
Reporting damaged equipment or maintenance issues
Following proper food safety and sanitation procedures

Qualifications: Required Skills

Ability to lift and move tables, chairs, equipment, and supplies
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
Knowledge of basic cleaning and sanitation procedures
Ability to safely handle cleaning equipment and supplies
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Ability to follow instructions and established procedures
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Dependability and punctuality
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Prolonged periods standing.
Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
