Produce buffet food.
Set up buffet server area by opening time.
Run pizza station, hot left and back kitchen.
Keep buffet area clean and organized.
Work with all kitchen cooking equipment.
Provide a consistently high level of service.
Identify issues and suggest potential solutions.
Promote an atmosphere of teamwork.
Take direction from the Banquet Lead Cook.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

QualificationsEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience in a full-service restaurant required.
Experience with buffet food and banquets preferred, but not required.

Able and willing to work any changes in scheduled hours as required.

Mobility throughout the facility.
Able to lift 50 pounds on a frequent basis.
Able to stand for long periods of time.
Able to tolerate heat.
Good coordination and manual dexterity.
