Job Description
The Hilton Bellevue is seeking an experienced Banquet Captain to join our busy team! As the Banquet captain, you would be responsible for supervising food and beverage service, assisting with the planning, organizing and execution of banquet functions, while ensuring an excellent guest experience. Earn upwards of $35 - $45 per hour!
Duties Include:
- Supervising F&B service to ensure consistency
- Greet clients and respond to requests with a sense of urgency
- Supervise the set up and break down of banquet rooms
- Prepare banquet checks for client signature
- Communicate with relevant Hotel departments to meet client needs
Qualifications Include:
Qualified candidates will also have the availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, and will possess at least 3 years previous hotel banquet service experience, along with 1+ year of supervisory experience.
