The Banquet Captain at Ramada Plaza Nags Head Oceanfront plays a crucial role in overseeing the smooth execution of banquet events and ensuring exceptional guest service. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality.
***This position does not have regularly scheduled hours. Working hours are dependent on scheduled events.***
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all aspects of banquet events
- Train and motivate banquet staff to provide excellent service
- Ensure all banquet set-ups are completed according to expectations
- Communicate effectively with clients to fulfill their event needs
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in banquet serving and supervision
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
