Bethesda Country Club is looking for an enthusiastic Banquet Bartender to join our team and help bring exceptional events to life. In this role, you'll do more than serve drinks-you'll anticipate member and guest needs, create a welcoming atmosphere, and help make every event a memorable experience.

What You'll Do
- Deliver warm, attentive service while anticipating the needs of members and guests.
- Create a positive and memorable experience at weddings, celebrations, private events, and other club functions.
- Serve beer, liquor, wine, and other beverages with confidence and proper technique.
- Handle member and guest concerns with professionalism, using your judgment to resolve issues promptly and keeping your supervisor informed.
- Keep the bar, dining areas, tables, and server stations clean, organized, and event-ready.
- Collaborate with the banquet and service team to ensure events run smoothly from start to finish.
- Represent Bethesda Country Club with professionalism, energy, and a genuine commitment to exceptional hospitality.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of bartending or beverage-service experience.
- Bartender certification and/or TIPS certification preferred.
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
- A proactive mindset-you notice what guests need before they have to ask.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A friendly, professional attitude and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
