Higher education is complicated enough. Your consulting partner shouldn't be.
Strata Information Group (SIG) was built to solve the hard problems colleges and universities face every day — the ones that sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and the relentless pace of institutional change. Founded in 1988, we've grown into a 300+ person firm with experience across every functional area of higher ed: ERP and CRM implementations; cybersecurity; enrollment strategy; data services; and more.
We've worked with 1,000+ institutions. But more importantly, most of us spent years inside those institutions — as CIOs, registrars, enrollment managers, and IT directors. We know the bottlenecks. We know the lean budgets. We know what it feels like when a band-aid fix becomes a five-year problem.
That's why we left. Not because we were done with higher ed — because we saw we could do more good from the outside.
Great technology without smart strategy is just untapped possibility. SIG connects both. We help institutions identify inefficiencies, implement the right systems, and build solutions that actually stick — so you spend less time putting out fires and more time moving your mission forward.
We'd love to be your next partner. We'd rather be your last.
