Qualifications:

Speak, read, and write English
Shall possess a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalency
Minimum 1 year Supervisor security or related experience
Valid Driver's license
Highschool Diploma
Own personal vehicle 
21 years of age or older 

Job Description:

Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership on all security operations, escalations, and program performance
Provide direct oversight of Shift Supervisors, ensuring consistent execution of all site procedures and standards
Own site-wide scheduling and staffing strategy, including coverage, PTO approvals, and labor alignment
Ensure accountability for attendance tracking, compliance, and disciplinary actions
Oversee recruiting and training, ensuring all personnel meet JPMC Data Center standards and regulatory requirements.
