Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage children in age-appropriate activities
- Prepare and serve meals and snacks for children
- Assist with homework and educational activities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for the children
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress
- Provide emotional support and companionship to children
- Transport children to and from activities as needed
- Implement daily routines and schedules for children
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a babysitter, nanny, or childcare provider
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to multitask and handle various responsibilities
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for children
- Background check clearance required
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends
