About the Role:Havenova Home Care Solutions is looking for a warm, nurturing, and dependable Babysitter/Nanny to join our team in West Hartford, CT! Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, hands-on childcare and supervision in a safe home environment
- Assist with daily routines including meals, nap times, and bedtime schedules
- Plan and engage children in age-appropriate activities, games, and educational play
- Transport children to and from school, appointments, and extracurricular activities as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and child-safe living space
- Communicate openly and regularly with parents regarding the child's well-being and daily activities
- Provide light housekeeping duties related to childcare, such as laundry and meal prep
Requirements:
- Previous experience in childcare, babysitting, or nannying strongly preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy with strong references
- Warm, patient, and nurturing demeanor with a genuine love for children
- Ability to pass a background check
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with families
