B2B Paid Advertising Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a B2B Paid Advertising Specialist based in United States.

This role supports the execution, optimization, and strategic development of paid advertising campaigns across a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with lead strategists while taking ownership of selected accounts and campaign initiatives. The position combines hands-on campaign management with data analysis, testing, reporting, and strategic problem-solving. You will manage campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media channels. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a proactive approach are essential to delivering reliable, high-quality work. Accountabilities:

• Execute paid advertising campaigns across platforms including Meta, Google, TikTok, and other relevant channels, ensuring accurate campaign setup, tracking, naming conventions, quality assurance, and error-free execution.
• Independently manage campaign timelines, budgets, pacing, day-to-day performance, and deliverables while maintaining strong ownership of assigned responsibilities and workflows.
• Execute and optimize paid advertising programs end-to-end, including ad builds, ongoing optimizations, performance monitoring, reporting, budget pacing, and campaign updates.
• Analyze campaign performance and proactively identify growth opportunities, develop testing hypotheses, and recommend data-driven optimizations aligned with client objectives.
• Maintain a client-first approach by incorporating business goals, brand requirements, market considerations, and account-specific constraints into campaign and strategic decisions.
• Manage performance volatility, technical challenges, and campaign pivots with a calm, solutions-oriented approach, escalating risks proactively when appropriate.
• Monitor budgets and spending closely, ensuring campaigns remain aligned with planned investment levels while identifying potential risks or opportunities early.
• Own the execution and ongoing management of client testing roadmaps, coordinating next steps, prioritizing experiments, and ensuring agreed initiatives are delivered on schedule.
• Prepare and present performance reports and campaign recaps, using clear data storytelling to communicate key insights, recommendations, and next steps.
• Leverage available technology and AI-enabled tools to improve campaign efficiency, performance analysis, reporting, research, and operational workflows.
• Contribute ideas, frameworks, process improvements, and operational efficiencies that can strengthen team performance and improve client outcomes.
• Work closely with strategists and cross-functional teammates to maintain strong communication, meet deadlines, and support a high standard of client service.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, with agency experience considered a plus.
• At least 1 year of direct-response marketing experience, particularly within e-commerce; experience with lead generation and B2B marketing is also valuable.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing Meta or Google Ads for direct-response campaigns, with experience across additional platforms such as TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, or similar channels considered an advantage.
• At least 1 year of experience developing or leading paid advertising strategy for direct-response marketing initiatives.
• At least 1 year of experience using Google Analytics and Shopify, with additional technical platform experience considered a plus.
• At least 1 year of client-facing experience, including managing communications and translating campaign performance into clear recommendations.
• Strong Excel skills, including a solid understanding of advanced functions and analytical capabilities.
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret performance information, identify trends, and turn findings into actionable optimization opportunities.
• Highly dependable, self-motivated, organized, and capable of managing priorities and deadlines with limited supervision.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong interest in problem-solving, continuous learning, professional development, and emerging marketing technologies.
• Advanced spoken and written English proficiency is required for effective communication with clients and internal teams.
