About the role

We are seeking an experienced B2B Lead Generation & Marketing professional to take ownership of lead generation and marketing activities to support business growth within the technology and data protection space. The primary focus of this role will be to build a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects and new business opportunities by identifying target audiences, developing and executing campaigns, nurturing leads, and converting engagement into qualified meetings for the sales team.

This is a highly autonomous, hands-on role. The ideal candidate will combine strong B2B lead-generation capabilities with sufficient marketing and technical understanding to define the right strategy, create or coordinate relevant content, qualify initial opportunities, and continuously optimize the funnel.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation: Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies across LinkedIn and other relevant channels, with a primary focus on generating qualified meetings and pipeline.

• Targeting & Campaign Strategy: Define ideal customer profiles, target industries, buyer personas, and pain points, and develop targeted campaigns and messaging accordingly.

• Lead Qualification & Nurturing: Conduct initial conversations with prospects to assess fit, nurture qualified leads, and hand relevant opportunities over to the sales team.

• Sales Follow-up: Maintain visibility into leads after handoff, follow up with the sales team on meeting outcomes, and ensure prospects are appropriately progressed or nurtured.

• Content & Marketing: Identify content needs, create key materials directly, or coordinate freelancers/agencies when needed.

• Marketing Automation & Analytics: Manage lead capture, nurture workflows, and campaign tracking in Salesforce/HubSpot. Monitor key performance indicators including CTR, CPL, qualified leads, meetings, pipeline contribution, and ROI.

• Partner & Channel Marketing: Coordinate with key vendor partners to execute co-branded campaigns and maximize Market Development Funds (MDF).

Required Qualifications

• Academic background in marketing is a plus.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation, preferably within technology, IT services, managed services, SaaS, cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, or related industries.

• Advanced English level.

• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, digital campaigns, or outbound B2B outreach.

• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

• Demonstrated ability to generate qualified B2B leads and sales meetings, not only marketing engagement.

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of concepts related to managed services, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, data protection, backup/disaster recovery, cloud, or storage solutions.

• Experience working with technology vendors such as Cohesity, Rubrik, Pure Storage, Cisco, AWS, or similar companies.

• Experience working with freelancers, agencies, or external content creators.
