Clockwork Advisor is seeking a high-velocity B2B Digital Marketing Specialist to write elite direct-response copy, manage agency execution, and run our financial advisor acquisition engine reporting directly to the SVP of Growth. 

We eliminate the prospecting grind for top financial advisors by delivering intelligently screened, ready-to-meet clients directly to their calendars so they can focus on funding trusts and stabilizing portfolios with annuities and fixed-income assets. Key Responsibilities

• Full-Funnel Campaign Strategy: Position Clockwork Advisor's proprietary technology, intelligent screening systems, and bi-annual Mastermind events to build predictable advisor acquisition channels.

• Direct-Response Copywriting: Draft aggressive, high-converting email campaigns, nurture drips, news articles, and advertorials designed to weed out weak performers early and compel top 1% advisors to apply to our program.

• Executive Performance Reporting: Track, analyze, and report critical acquisition KPIs (CPA, lead-to-booked-call ratios, email deliverability, open/CTR metrics) directly to the SVP of Growth.

• Relentless A/B Testing: Apply a fierce growth mindset to break past conversion plateaus, constantly split-testing hooks, headlines, email copy, and offer positioning.

• Support of B2C Content (Living Trusts): Support content creation for our B2C new digital purchase (ecommerce) offering for new website launch including articles, white papers, and lead magnets.

• Automation and AI: Use Gemini and other AI to improve processes and accelerate high-converting content.

• Ad Agency Management & Oversight: Manage and hold external marketing agencies accountable across paid social (Facebook/Meta/TikTok), native placements, and media buying to maximize pipeline volume and return on ad spend (ROAS). This is only for B2B Advisors.

• Zoho Ecosystem Architecture: Oversee and optimize lead scoring, automated sequence routing, and pipeline mechanics within Zoho CRM and Zoho automation tools to ensure seamless conversion workflows.

Qualifications

• High-Ticket B2B Copywriting Track Record: Proven experience crafting direct-response email and campaign copy that drives Advisor booked calls and new inbound candidates (organic and paid channels).

• Agency Management Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage external agency partners, set aggressive target KPIs, and optimize external ad spend efficiency.

• Financial Services Knowledge: Strong grasp of financial advisory models, annuities, fixed-income assets, estate planning, and trust funding strategies.

• Growth Mindset: High adaptability, competitive urgency, and a relentless focus on overcoming acquisition barriers to scale revenue.

• Zoho Platform Expertise: Hands-on mastery of Zoho CRM and marketing suite integrations for automated campaign execution.

• B2B Financial Services Recruiting Experience: Candidate should have experience in financial services and recruiting high production financial advisors, ideally in annuity sales

• Preferred Marketing Certifications: Hubspot Marketing, Hubspot Content Marketing, LinkedIn certifications (marketing, etc.).

Salary and Bonus

Base Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000

Target Annual Bonus: 10% of base salary, paid quarterly.
