We’re seeking a results-driven sales professional motivated to pursue a $250,000 annual commission goal. You'll have a proven track record of virtually selling products or services to medium and large business decision-makers. This is an opportunity to win new business, contribute to our sales effort, and potentially grow into sales leadership. The opportunity is huge, and can't be overstated!

We provide nationwide prospect lists, CRM access, product training, demonstration support, and digital marketing materials. You bring the prospecting discipline, virtual selling skills, tenacious execution, and closing ability.

Required: proven virtual B2B sales success

We’re looking for someone who brings:

• A successful history of closing B2B sales virtually. You have personally won new business through phone calls, email, text, social media communication, virtual video meetings, and online presentations- not solely through in-person visits, local networking, or existing relationships. 
• Specific results you can explain. Be prepared to discuss revenue generated, new accounts won, sales-goal attainment, or other meaningful results— and your personal role in achieving them. 
• Experience owning the sale from outreach through close. You can identify and reach decision-makers, uncover needs, present a solution remotely, follow up consistently, address objections, and secure an agreement while keeping your CRM organized. 

This is not an entry-level sales role. Experience limited to local field sales, retail or consumer sales, appointment setting, or servicing existing accounts does not meet the requirement. Candidates with a combination of those backgrounds and demonstrated virtual B2B closing success are invited to apply.

Previous experience in workplace testing is not required; product training is provided.

Boise- and Treasure Valley-based candidates are preferred, and qualified U.S. based remote candidates will be considered. Wherever you are based, this opportunity centers on selling virtually to business prospects- not building a route of local, in-person sales calls.
