AY2627 Marketing and Communications Assistant - Enrollment Management (Work-Study Required

Flexible up to15 hours per week ($12/hour) through December, 2026 with possible opportunity for spring semester.
Position work through office space in Libermann Hall and campus locations for
content development. Need to be available during main University business hours of 8:30-4:30,
M-F.

experience) through December, 2026 with possible opportunity for spring semester.
Position work through office space in Libermann Hall and campus locations for
content development. Need to be available during main University business hours of 8:30-4:30,
M-F.

Examples of
duties include, but are not limited to:

• Developing and scheduling social media posts including text, photos
  and video, following University accessibility and brand guidelines;
  assisting with content calendar execution.
• Retrieving and entering data/analytics for reports, including EMG
  social media channels
• Proofreading - minor editing when necessary - emails, print
  collateral proofs, presentations and other communications
• Supporting enrollment marcom projects such as Power Point
  presentation slide updates, coordinating topical emails with student
  ambassadors, students and University departments (primary contact,
  providing templates, etc.)
