Act as sales support for assigned Sales Representatives
Coordinate deliveries
Create customer quotes, update and maintain quotes and a quote log
Manage and schedule following-up on quotes
Accurately and promptly process orders received from customers to ensure on-time delivery
Order and track delivery of special-order items from vendors to ensure they arrive when needed
Help drive sales by keeping outside salespersons organized and informed
Work as a team with sales and manufacturing
Communicating with all clients and vendors in a professional manner
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Qualifications:
High school diploma required. Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
5 years’ experience instead of bachelor’s degree accepted.
3-5 Years of experience in the industry
Knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel
2-3 years of experience in BisTrack or related systems
Skills:
Demonstrates excellent customer service skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management skills
Ability to establish and maintain professional relationships at all organizational levels
Able to get work done independently and as a member of a team
Detail oriented
Ability to follow projects through to the end, regardless of timeline.
Takes pride in completed works
