Overview

This is a remote, field-based Outside Sales position.

As an In Home Specialist Field Sales, you will spend most of your time traveling throughout your assigned territory, meeting with customers and prospects to build strong, long-term relationships. In this role, you'll manage an existing book of business while identifying opportunities to expand current accounts, develop new business, and deliver solutions that help customers succeed. Working closely with internal teams, you'll play a key role in driving customer satisfaction, retention, and continued sales growth. 

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Meet with customers and prospects within assigned territory
• Manage current clients and increase revenue within assigned Book of Business.  Build customer relationships through development and implementation of sales/marketing plans.
• Communicate to/work with management to resolve unique customer concerns/issues. Provide support for overflow customer service needs and supporting consumer issues to drive client satisfaction. 
• Drive transactions with support from customer leasing agents and operations teams.
• Collaborate with internal groups to ensure sustained growth and account management. Schedule regular in-person and virtual meetings with customers to facilitate account growth and retention.
• Match services with customer needs.  Demonstrate knowledge of In Home programs, customers, industry, competition, and pricing.
• Partner with Branches to maximize efficiencies and develop market strategies and action plans.
• Maintain data in the CRM.  Schedule on-site appointments, follow-ups, and maintain accurate contact information.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends. Market to competitive landscape and communicate information to group leadership to assist in the evaluation of sales strategy and long-term planning. 
• Provide outbound marketing support and client communications to drive Consumer referral business.
• Manage execution of marketing campaigns and specials, direct mail, digital strategies, and fulfillment. 
• Manage referral/loyalty programs.  Sign up new agents.  Drive business through management of referral programs.  
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 2+ years of outside sales, territory sales, account management, or business development experience.
• In Home or residential experience is Preferred 
• Proven success growing existing customer accounts while developing new business opportunities.
• Experience managing an assigned territory and maintaining a consistent schedule of customer visits.
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to establish trust and long-term customer partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Experience utilizing CRM software (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or similar) to manage customer interactions and sales activities.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple customers, appointments, and projects.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote, field-based environment.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer concerns and support business growth.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel throughout an assigned territory.
