About the Role

The AVP, Demand Generation, Healthcare is responsible for driving pipeline performance across Hyland's Healthcare segment. This leader defines and scales the Healthcare marketing growth engine — ensuring strategy, execution, and investment are aligned to revenue outcomes across priority Healthcare accounts and sub-segments.

This role leads a vertically aligned organization of demand generation and field marketing leaders, delivering results through leadership of leaders.

Operating within a global marketing framework, this leader aligns senior stakeholders across Healthcare Sales leadership and central marketing functions to drive segment outcomes.

Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.

• Own Healthcare pipeline creation and progression across priority accounts and segments — executing against pipeline targets, plans, and investment priorities aligned to company revenue goals while establishing operating rhythms, reporting, and performance tracking to manage pipeline health and outcomes.
• Lead a vertically aligned team of demand generation and field marketing leaders — building a high-performing organization focused on pipeline performance, execution quality, and speed to market in alignment with modern B2B demand generation practices.
• Execute integrated demand generation strategies across digital, field, and account-based channels — improving conversion performance through optimization of campaigns, content, and channel mix while partnering with centralized digital teams to maintain vertical accountability and execution excellence.
• Align demand generation execution to Healthcare sales strategies and coverage models — partnering with Healthcare Sales leadership to support pipeline targets, conversion outcomes, and account-based and segment-specific programs that improve relevance and engagement.
• Oversee Healthcare field marketing execution, including industry events and targeted engagement programs — ensuring alignment between field, digital, and SDR motions to support pipeline goals and leveraging partner relationships to drive Healthcare-focused growth initiatives.
• Oversee performance management frameworks across campaigns, channels, and programs to drive segment-level ROI — applying AI and data-driven approaches, continuous improvement practices, and experimentation to improve scale, efficiency, targeting, and conversion outcomes.

Role Essentials

You'll be set up for success if you have:

• 12–15 years of experience in B2B marketing with leadership in demand generation, field marketing, or growth roles — and a proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue outcomes within Healthcare or industry-based marketing models
• Deep expertise in demand generation, pipeline management, digital marketing, performance optimization, and account-based marketing (ABM) — with demonstrated success executing integrated, cross-channel campaigns at scale
• Proven experience executing within complex, global marketing organizations — with strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills and a track record of aligning senior stakeholders across Sales and Marketing to drive segment outcomes
• Experience applying data, technology, and AI to improve marketing effectiveness — with the ability to introduce data-driven experimentation and continuous improvement practices across teams and programs
• Demonstrated ability to lead organizations through leadership of leaders in fast-paced environments — with a track record of building high-performing, accountable teams aligned to modern B2B demand generation practices

What We'd Like to See

Bonus points if you bring:

• Experience leading vertically aligned demand generation teams within Healthcare or another regulated or specialized industry vertical — with a deep understanding of Healthcare-specific buyer journeys, routes to market, and sub-segment dynamics
• Proven ability to design and execute account-based marketing programs that meaningfully improve engagement and conversion within priority enterprise Healthcare accounts
• Demonstrated experience overseeing performance management frameworks across campaigns, channels, and programs — with a track record of optimizing segment-level ROI through data-driven decision making
• Strong familiarity with partner-led, digital, and field-based go-to-market strategies within the Healthcare segment — and experience leveraging partner relationships to drive Healthcare-focused growth initiatives
• A track record of successfully aligning field marketing, digital demand generation, and SDR motions to create a unified, high-impact pipeline engine within a complex, global marketing organization
