Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. 🚗 DUTIES

Execute expert vehicle maintenance and precision repairs — oil, brakes, tires, engines, and beyond.
Master cutting-edge diagnostics with the latest Nissan software and specialized tools.
Maintain and repair diesel engines for maximum performance and reliability.
Stay ahead of the curve on the newest tech, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) — repair, calibrate, and dominate.
Deliver outstanding customer experiences — explain repairs clearly, build trust, and back it up with flawless execution.
Utilize professional-grade tools to complete every job with speed, skill, and accuracy.
Work shoulder-to-shoulder with an elite crew — teamwork that drives results and success.

🏁 REQUIREMENTS

Proven success as an Automotive Technician or similar high-performance role.
Deep knowledge of diagnostics, repair systems, and advanced maintenance procedures.
Hands-on experience with modern diagnostic equipment and automotive software.
Familiarity with diesel repair and maintenance is a major plus.
Strong communication and customer service skills — you know how to earn trust and loyalty.
Physically capable of handling a fast-paced, demanding shop environment (lift up to 50 lbs).
Bonus points for sales or upselling experience — we reward hustle.
