What You'll Do
As an Automotive Technician, you'll utilize your technical expertise to diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles while delivering the highest level of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards
Diagnose and repair vehicle systems, including:
Engine
Transmission
Electrical Systems
Steering & Suspension
Brake Systems
HVAC & Air Conditioning
Test-drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic equipment
Accurately identify and document repair needs
Collaborate with Service Advisors regarding additional service recommendations and repair timelines
Complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Coordinate with the Parts Department to secure necessary components
Maintain productivity while delivering quality workmanship and attention to detail
Qualifications
Required
Valid Driver's License
3-5+ years of professional automotive technician experience
Strong diagnostic and repair abilities
Commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Preferred
Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram, or other manufacturer dealership experience
Manufacturer certifications
Advanced diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting experience
Ideal Candidate
