What You'll Do

As an Automotive Technician, you'll perform diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance while delivering the quality workmanship Honda customers expect.

Responsibilities Include:

Performing repairs and maintenance according to manufacturer and dealership standards
Diagnosing vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic equipment and special service tools
Test-driving vehicles and evaluating vehicle systems and components
Repairing and maintaining engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC systems, and related components
Communicating repair recommendations and additional service needs with Service Advisors
Providing accurate repair timelines and documentation
Completing warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
Collaborating with the Parts Department to ensure timely repairs
Maintaining productivity while delivering high-quality repairs and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

3-5+ Years of Professional Automotive Technician Experience Required
Honda dealership experience preferred
Manufacturer certification or dealership experience preferred
Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Valid Driver's License
Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven
Customer-focused professional with strong communication skills
Commitment to ongoing training and professional development
Team-oriented mindset with a desire to grow
