Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of retail store manager experience
- Automotive Service Writing Experience
- Excellent customer service disposition
- Great communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate teammates
- Team building skills
- Ability to follow directions & process
- Ability to use computers and software
- Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings and holidays
- Valid driver’s license
Performance Based Pay
- Salary Plus Bonus
- Bi-weekly pay
- Salary Plus Bonuses! $65-$100K+ plus Annually!
