What You'll Do
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key connection between our customers and our service team. You'll help create an exceptional experience from arrival through vehicle delivery.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Greet customers and build lasting relationships
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle service needs
Guide customers through the maintenance and repair process
Present recommended maintenance and repair services clearly and professionally
Provide estimates, timelines, and repair updates
Coordinate with technicians to help ensure repairs are completed efficiently
Communicate additional service recommendations to customers
Manage repair orders from write-up through completion
Follow up with customers and help build long-term loyalty
Deliver an exceptional customer experience while achieving individual and department performance goals
What We're Looking For
Required
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to deliver an outstanding customer experience
Ability to confidently guide customers through the service process
Strong problem-solving and emotional intelligence skills
Self-motivated, professional, and results-oriented
Preferred
Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience
Automotive service or sales experience
CRM or dealership software experience
Experience working in a high-volume customer-facing environment
