Rairdon’s Kia is currently looking to hire individuals for the sales team! 
 

Compensation: Full-time total annual compensation between $40,000.00 - $150,000.00; including 25% commission on Front Payable Gross and 5% commission on Back Payable Gross if 15 or more units are sold in a month and customer satisfaction criteria are met, subject to terms of pay plan.
 

60-day guarantee of $3,500.00 per month while you train according to terms of pay plan! Continuous free training in sales and leadership. We have a promote-from-within culture.

Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

Responsibilities:

Understand and follow the sales process
Attend sales and training meetings
Knowledge, training, and testing of products
Maintain customer satisfaction
Record and safeguard customer information
Assist the Sales team with preparing and delivering vehicles
Assist the Sales team with facilities, inventory display, and organization
Move vehicles
All other services and actions related to the display and sale of motor vehicles
