You're the person someone trusts when they're about to make one of the biggest purchases of their year. A family finding their first new truck. What You'll Do

Build genuine relationships with customers on the floor, online, and over the phone
Guide buyers through the full vehicle purchase experience from first hello to final handshake
Stay sharp on Ford's product lineup, current incentives, and what's moving on our lot
Use our CRM tools to follow up, stay organized, and grow your personal book of business
Hit and exceed monthly sales goals with the support of a coaching-focused management team
Become the kind of salesperson people send their family and friends to

Qualifications: What You Bring

Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a strong plus
Automotive background is a bonus,  but not a requirement. We'll train the right person.
