Automotive Facilities Director

Jeff Wyler Honda and Toyota are on the hunt for an experienced Facilities Director!

Compensation: $75,000-$95,000 dependent upon relevant experience and capabilities.

Schedule/shift: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm/ on call/extended hours as needed

 Description:

Communicate directly with Head Coaches and Department Heads.
Ability to maintain a budget, supplies, and reconcile receipts monthly.
Maintain to-do lists at each dealership location.
Company vehicle & tools will be provided- Must maintain scheduled maintenance with Jeff Wyler Service Department.
In charge of maintenance at all three dealership locations: Honda and Toyota (Small & large maintenance needs).

Painting, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drywall, Flooring (tile & Carpet).
Air filters to be changed monthly
Landscape maintenance monthly & yearly.
Snow removal- yearly.
Change lightbulbs (Ability to operate scissor lift in some cases)
Pick up trash in parking lot- inform Head Coach
Pressure wash sidewalks & buildings.
Quarterly carpet cleaning.

Cleaning crew communication.

Communicate issues or concerns with cleaning crew and work to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Order paper product supplies- if applicable for each store.

Negotiate service agreements and job quotes with vendors.
Meet with Fire Marshals for yearly inspections:

Back flow system inspection
Floor machines
Car wash
Forklift
Service & Body Shop lifts to code

Complete all KPA requirements.
Complete all JWAF maintenance requests.
Events: Transportation from store to store to event location with tables and chairs for special events.

Set up and tear down
Some events may require extended hours outside of regular schedule
Manage outside vendors/ contracts for small or large projects within JWAF

Qualifications: To be considered you will need:

Valid driver’s license
Complete and pass background check and drug screening
Ability to attend orientation at corporate facility in Milford, Ohio
Forklift experience
Maintenance experience
Organizational skills
High school Diploma or GED
Communication Skills
Diligent work ethic
Ability to follow company policies, procedures and safety requirements.
