What You'll Do

As an Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping customers maintain the safety, reliability, and performance of their vehicles by:

Performing oil changes and multi-point inspections
Completing Video Multi-Point Inspections (Video MPIs) to communicate vehicle condition and maintenance recommendations
Rotating and balancing tires
Replacing engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
Inspecting brakes, steering, suspension, and other key vehicle components
Checking and replenishing vehicle fluid levels
Completing maintenance services according to Kia and dealership standards
Identifying repair opportunities and communicating findings to management
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Qualifications

Preferred

Previous automotive experience
Automotive technical education or training
Maintenance or express technician experience

Required

Valid Driver's License
Customer-focused attitude
Self-motivated, dependable, and coachable
Desire to learn and build a long-term automotive career
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
