What You'll Do
As an Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll build your technical skills while helping keep our customers' vehicles performing at their best.
Perform oil and filter changes and routine maintenance services
Complete vehicle safety and multi-point inspections
Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
Inspect and replenish vehicle fluid levels
Check tires, adjust tire pressure, and identify potential concerns
Complete repair orders accurately and efficiently
Work according to dealership and manufacturer quality standards
Coordinate with the Parts Department when parts are needed
Participate in manufacturer-sponsored training programs
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Properly care for customer vehicles while completing services
What We're Looking For
Preferred
Previous Express, Lube, or Maintenance Technician experience
Automotive technical school education or training
Basic automotive maintenance knowledge
Required
Valid Driver's License
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Dependable and coachable attitude
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Desire to learn, develop new skills, and advance your automotive career
