What You'll Do

As an Automotive Express/Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service while developing the skills needed to advance your automotive career.

Responsibilities

Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services
Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
Rotate and balance tires
Replace engine air filters, cabin air filters, and wiper blades
Inspect brakes, suspension, and steering components
Check and replenish vehicle fluids
Complete maintenance services according to Toyota and dealership standards
Identify additional maintenance and repair opportunities
Communicate findings with management and service personnel
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

Qualifications

Required

Valid driver's license
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Dependable, coachable, and eager to learn
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment

Preferred

Previous automotive experience
Automotive technical school education
Current Automotive Technology student or recent graduate
Customer-focused mindset
