JOB PROFILE

Processes various aspects of the sales contracts by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.

Prepares and processes all loan payoffs.

Prepares and processes all deal documents from F&I to be sent to the lending agency.

Prepares and processes all dealer rebates.

Prepares daily bank deposits for the dealership.

Stocks in all used cars into inventory.

Assists with working and posting all deals in the system.

Requires being at work on time and maintain satisfactory attendance.

Any other duties assigned by management.

Individual should perform duties with little or no supervision, read and comprehend instructions and information, be able to work weekends and overtime. Individual should be honest, ethical, dependable and a team player.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 6 months of related experience; or one or more years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Valid Driver’s License and good driving record.
