Automotive Cashier - Columbus Auto Mall

Job DetailsJob Location: 56-Columbus Chev - Canal Winchester, OH 43110Jeff Wyler Columbus Auto Mall is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Cashier. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Work Schedule:

Flexibility to work 20 hours per week during business hours below.
Monday through Friday between 7am and 8pm
Saturday 8am and 6pm
Sunday 12pm and 5pm  

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments
Process customer payments for vehicle purchases, service, and parts
Balance cash drawer
Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records
Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns
Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions
Maintain a clean and organized reception area

QualificationsRequirements:

Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as needed
