Do you want to work in the European Customer Care Team?  Do you enjoy designing, implementing, and scaling workflow automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction? Then read on!

The Workflow Automation Specialist is a remote role based in Spain reporting to Customer Care.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support Customer Care excellence by helping implement standardized best practices across the region.

• Improve operational efficiency through workflow automation and process enhancements.

• Work closely with Customer Care, Commercial, and Technology teams across regions to deliver effective solutions.

• Improve customer onboarding through consistent and practical process design.

• Help customers adopt scalable procurement approaches and define performance metrics, including NPS, to continuously improve customer experience.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, administration

• Fluency in English, German, and Spanish.

• Multiple years of experience improving sales support or customer service workflows using data‑driven, process‑oriented practices

• Advanced proficiency with workflow, automation, and analytics tools, including Oracle, Salesforce, Microsoft Office/Outlook, and UIPath

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Ability to travel – 5% travel

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Knowledge of Beckman Coulter Life Sciences products

• Experience using quote‑to‑order systems and commercial operations tools

• Supporting automation or transformation initiatives within a global shared services environment

• Italian and/or French would be a plus.
