Audi Orange Park is looking for the best automotive sales professionals in Jacksonville to join our team.

If you're currently selling 15–20+ vehicles per month, taking care of your customers, and consistently producing results, we want to talk to you.

At Audi Orange Park, qualified Sales Professionals receive a $2,500 monthly salary PLUS commissions under our sales pay plan.

That's $30,000 per year in salary before you earn your commissions.

What You'll Do

Build long-term relationships with Audi Orange Park customers

Assist customers throughout the entire vehicle purchase process

Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives

Work showroom, phone, internet, and referral opportunities

Generate repeat and referral business

Consistently follow up using our CRM and digital communication tools

Maintain strong knowledge of Audi products, programs, incentives, and technology

Achieve and exceed individual sales goals

Deliver the premium customer experience expected from the Audi brand

Represent Audi Orange Park and The Hanania Way with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm

Qualifications: We're Looking for Proven Producers

We're especially interested in speaking with automotive sales professionals who are already:

Selling 15–20+ vehicles per month

Consistently following up with customers

Building repeat and referral business

Working internet and phone leads effectively

Comfortable asking for the appointment and asking for the sale

Maintaining strong CSI and customer relationships

Competitive, driven, and accountable

Looking for a dealership where their performance is rewarded

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive sales experience strongly preferred

Proven automotive sales performance is highly valued

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Competitive and self-motivated personality

Professional appearance and attitude

Comfortable using CRM systems, smartphones, tablets, and digital sales tools

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven dealership

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Must pass background check and hair follicle drug screen.
