AT&T is seeking motivated students for our Technology Development Program Internship: a 10 - 12 week immersive summer experience offering hands-on learning in one of four tracks: Software Engineer, Data Science Engineer, Business Analytics Engineer, or Network Engineer. Interns will collaborate with industry experts on business-impacting projects, gaining practical skills and exposure to real-world challenges. We’re looking for individuals passionate about technology and eager to innovate, learn, and grow in a dynamic environment. 

What you’ll do: 

• Software Engineer: Build, test, and improve reliable software solutions using modern development practices and AI-assisted tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on real-world projects using technologies such as Java, Python, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Node.js 

• Data Science Engineer: Apply data science, machine learning, generative AI, and software engineering practices to solve complex business problems and improve customer and operational outcomes. You’ll work with large datasets, build and evaluate models, develop scalable data pipelines, explore AI agents and workflow automation, and translate technical insights into practical business impact. 

• Business Analytics Engineer: Use data, dashboards, automation, and AI tools to improve processes, platforms, and operations. Translate complex information into actionable insights and practical solutions. 

• Network Engineer: Support the planning, building, and optimization of wireless and fiber networks, including 5G and fiber solutions. Use analytics, automation, AI/ML, and technical problem-solving to improve performance and operations

What you’ll need: 

• Rising senior pursuing a four-year undergraduate or graduate degree in a STEM* field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) 

• Ability to work on-site 5 days per week at the specified office locations. 

Our Technology Development Program Interns earn between $58,400 - $98,200 annually, not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
