Job Description
With direction, the student organizes, coordinates and/or performs work in administration of swimming and diving operations or activities. Requires excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to direct the work of others, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must be detail oriented, possess strong oral and written communication skills, and be proficient with Microsoft Office and/or other relevant technologies. Duties include preparation for home and away swim and dive meets (arranging for meet workers, assisting with pool set-up, ordering food for athletes, calling restaurants, etc.), data entry before and after meets, running timing and/or diving system during meets, announcing, organization/dissemination of training equipment, recording diving video, and other duties as assigned by coaching staff.
Qualifications
Experience with athletics, swimming and diving, and/or as a part of a team, club, or organization.
