Who You Are

• Knowledgeable and Experienced: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field with 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, wealth management, or a client service role in a professional services environment. Real-world, hands-on experience is a must.

• Tech-Fluent: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, able to master firm-specific tools quickly, and passionate about using AI to drive efficiency.

• Calm in Chaos: You own your outcomes, thrive under pressure, and know how to turn ambiguity into execution. You have a proactive, ownership-driven mindset with the ability to anticipate needs.

• Strong Attention to Detail: Delivering the best solutions for our clients requires keeping your eye on the little things. Details matter and you know that.

• Executive Presence: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to communicate complex information clearly and have an alignment to Socha Capital’s core values and commitment to excellence and getting Better Every Day.

You are not simply a planner-in-training—you are a force multiplier, anticipating needs before they arise and ensuring that every client experience is seamless.
