ASSOCIATE E-COMMERCE STRATEGIST

Job Details: Job Location: Corporate Office - Oklahoma City, OK, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Responsible for helping grow and maintain a certain category of business. This includes knowing the products, brands and sales metrics within your assigned business categories. You will support the E-commerce Strategist for your assigned categories by handling all new product listings, listing updates, support tickets, inventory monitoring, weekly PO cuts/fallout and Workfront items, to name a few.

Handle all daily tasks in Workfront that pertain to your category of business. These tasks are important to prioritize and complete on a timely basis according to the assigned dates in the system. 
Ensure all new product launches and their corresponding listings online are implemented on a timely basis with best-in-class disciplines applied. These disciplines will apply to everything from the product title, copy, pictures, videos and A+ content. 
Manage all existing listings and ensure timely updates on a quarterly basis. This will involve working with the Marketing Department and others to make sure any new strategies for listings are incorporated correctly. 
Handle all Amazon requests centered around catalog cleanup, Andon/safety tickets and any other issues delivered that impacts your categories of business.
Review weekly purchase orders, determine any errors in the orders that cause Jasco to cut items and then solve them so future purchase orders are correct. This improves both our fill rates and sales.
Monitor inventory levels for the items within your catalog so out of stock concerns are addressed and communicated in a proactive manner with the appropriate teams. 
Work with the Strategist who oversees your catalog of business in a way that creates a healthy and winning teamwork environment. Develop key dashboards for critical tasks providing transparency and visibility around critical projects and timelines.
Continue to monitor for platform updates that impact our processes for selling products online and then communicating those to the broader team for ongoing educational purposes.
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and successfully meet multiple deadlines at once, while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in the field of business, data analytics, or related field.
Highly organized and detailed oriented
Experience with data analytics or related field
Multi-tasker who can self-manage his or her time proactively
Must be flexible & adaptable to constantly changing methods and objectives
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading and fact-checking skills
Business data analysis and the ability to translate findings into strategic recommendations
Exceptional organizational skills and troubleshooting ability
Proficient in administrative software including Microsoft Word and Excel
Basic knowledge of database systems
Must be able to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
