Job Description

At Jazz, we are reimagining how we design and deliver more precise customer experiences, enabled by new technologies, modern ways of working, and high performing team behaviors. Through this work, we enable teams to better understand patients, caregivers, and HCPs, anticipate their needs across the enterprise, deliver timely and personalized engagement, and orchestrate seamless, end-to-end experiences as One Jazz.

The Associate Director, Learning & Development, Marketing Excellence, Global Capability Op Model & Data is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-impact marketing excellence training programs, as well as helping teams understand the Global Capability Operating Model and how different data sets are structured, governed, and intended to be used across Jazz.  These programs will equip marketing teams with the skills, judgement and discipline needed to drive strong brand strategy, effective planning, high-quality execution and measurement. It will also focus on improving clarity, consistency, and confidence in how teams work in the Global Capability Operating model and how they access, interpret and apply data. This role reports to the Director of L&D Commercial Excellence and will partner with brand and franchises marketing teams and Global Capability and Data & Enablement teams to translate complex concepts into practical, role based learning.

  • Design and scale role-based onboarding and capability development programs that strengthen core marketing excellence skills—including brand strategy, insight-driven planning, executional excellence, analytics, and decision-making—by translating frameworks, playbooks, and best practices into practical learning experiences.

  • Lead enterprise adoption of Marketing Excellence standards, new ways of working, and customer engagement models through integrated learning, performance consulting, change management, and capability-building interventions that drive sustained behavior change, operational excellence, and business readiness.

  • Partner with Global Capability, Commercial, Analytics, Brand, and Data & Enablement leaders to develop learning solutions that build understanding and adoption of the Global Capability Operating Model, including roles, responsibilities, decision rights, and enterprise ways of working.

  • Develop and oversee learning programs that enable marketers to understand, access, interpret, and appropriately apply commercial data assets, including data governance principles, ownership models, access requirements, limitations, and intended business use.

  • Present capability insights, adoption metrics, risks, recommendations, and organizational readiness assessments to executive leadership teams.

  • Facilitate leadership alignment around capability evolution, organizational readiness, and performance improvement opportunities.

  • Establish measurement frameworks to assess learning effectiveness, capability adoption, behavior change, and organizational impact; leverage stakeholder feedback, performance metrics, and emerging industry trends to continuously evolve learning priorities and programs.
