As the fastest growing company in the therapy EMR space and the new standard in healthcare technology, we’re looking for an Associate Director, Account Management to lead and scale our Account Management team.

This role is an opportunity to directly impact Prompt’s growth by building a world-class frontline revenue organization. You will lead a team of Account Managers responsible for expanding revenue across our SMB and mid-market customer base.

Prompt's expansion motion spans multiple product lines, each with different price points, buyers, and sales cycles. You'll need to help AMs prioritize the right product conversations for the right accounts.

This is a full-time people management role with no individual book of business. Your job is to make the team better: establish the systems, expectations, coaching, and accountability required to consistently drive the right frontline behaviors and hit aggressive revenue targets.

The Role:

Our expectation is that you will build a high-performing Account Management team that consistently delivers expansion revenue.

You will translate revenue goals into clear frontline expectations, build the operating rhythms and systems required to reinforce them, and hold the team accountable to execution. You’ll coach Account Managers on prospecting, account strategy, pipeline management, discovery, negotiation, and closing while using data and direct observation to identify and address performance gaps.

You’ll work closely with Client Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, and Product to continuously improve how Prompt expands its existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers and Team Leads responsible for upsell, cross-sell, and expansion revenue.

• Own team performance against revenue, pipeline, activity, and forecast targets.

• Build clear operating rhythms around 1:1s, pipeline reviews, deal reviews, forecasting, and performance management.

• Coach AMs on managing a multi-product portfolio: sequencing product conversations within an account, balancing high-ACV strategic deals against faster transactional upsells, and building account plans that map products to customer needs.

• Translate company goals into measurable frontline behaviors and hold the team accountable to executing them consistently.

• Use CRM data, dashboards, call reviews, and direct observation to identify performance gaps and coach reps to improve.

• Build and refine repeatable sales plays, account planning frameworks, outreach strategies, and team processes.

• Build clear operating rhythms around 1:1s, pipeline reviews, lead and pipeline hygiene standards, deal reviews, forecasting, and performance management.

• Address underperformance quickly and directly while developing and retaining high performers.

• Partner with Client Success, Sales, Revenue Operations, Growth Marketing, and Product to improve account expansion strategy and execution.

• Hire, onboard, and ramp additional Account Managers as the team grows.

Minimum Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or another quota-carrying B2B SaaS revenue role.

• 2+ years of direct people-management experience leading quota-carrying revenue professionals.

• Demonstrated success leading a team to achieve or exceed revenue targets.

• Strong track record of coaching and improving frontline seller performance.

• Excellent pipeline management, forecasting, and revenue analytics skills.

• Proven ability to build systems, processes, and operating rhythms that drive consistent execution.

• High standards for accountability and comfort having direct performance conversations.

• Highly organized, analytical, resourceful, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Proficient with CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, and analytics dashboards.

• Experience selling or managing a multi-product portfolio with varying deal sizes and sales cycles.

Preferred (Nice-to-have) Qualifications:

• Experience building or scaling an Account Management or customer expansion team.

• Experience managing upsell and cross-sell motions within an existing customer base.

• Familiarity with healthcare, particularly PT/OT/SLP practices.

• Experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, LLMs, or similar productivity and analytics tools.
