About The Role:

We’re hiring a Digital Marketing Associate to execute and scale our external marketing channels, including paid acquisition, social media, and partnerships, with the goal of driving qualified awareness, engagement, and pipeline among priority B2B audiences.

This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys owning campaigns end-to-end, working across multiple channels, and using data to improve performance over time. You’ll partner closely with senior marketing leadership to bring campaigns to life and play a key role in how YipitData shows up across paid and owned channels.

This position is open to candidates based in the United States and requires U.S. work authorization.

As Our Digital Marketing Associate You Will:

  • Execute, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across LinkedIn and Google, with a focus on driving qualified traffic, leads, and campaign efficiency
  • Support and grow YipitData’s social media presence by planning and executing content that increases reach and audience engagement
  • Build and optimize landing pages and key website flows to improve conversion rates (CRO)
  • Support email marketing efforts, including segmentation, campaign execution, and performance optimization
  • Support SEO initiatives to improve organic visibility and traffic
  • Partner with Marketing Ops / RevOps to improve campaign tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Support co-marketing and partnership initiatives (e.g., webinars, sponsorships, content collaborations) to expand reach
  • Continuously test and iterate across channels, using data to improve conversion rates, engagement, and campaign performance

You Are Likely To Succeed If:

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, communications, media, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience with paid digital advertising through LinkedIn and Google
  • Comfort managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience partnering closely with Sales
  • Data-informed mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and using insights to improve results

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with emerging search optimization trends (e.g., AI-driven search) is a plus
  • Experience managing or supporting partnerships or co-marketing initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce
  • B2B marketing experience, particularly in data-, technology-, or analytics-driven environments

  • The annual on-target earnings for this position is anticipated to be up to $85,000–$100,000. The final offer may be determined by a number of factors, including, but not limited to, the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal team benchmarks.

This is a remote-friendly opportunity that can sit in NYC (where our headquarter is located), one of our office hubs (Austin, Miami, Denver, Mountain View, or Seattle), or anywhere else in the US. However, depending upon where the remote work is performed, income could be subject to New York State tax withholding.
