Pérez Law is a workers' compensation and personal injury applicant firm serving injured workers across California, with offices in Ontario and Pomona. We're growing our attorney team and looking for an experienced litigator who wants real caseload ownership and the earning potential that comes with a results-driven bonus program.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in hearings, trials, depositions, cross-examinations, and settlement negotiations.
• Prepare and file legal documents; review medical/legal records to build strong cases.
• Communicate directly with clients, insurers, and medical providers to advocate for client outcomes.
• Oversee case management tasks performed by case managers and legal assistants.
• Participate in mediations and settlement negotiations.
• Maintain compliance with firm policy, ethical standards, and CA workers’ compensation regulations.

Required:

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active member, California State Bar, in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience in California workers' compensation law.
• Proficiency with Filevine or similar case management software; comfort in an Apple/Mac environment.

Preferred: Bilingual English/Spanish
Compensation: $150,000 to $250,000 base DOE, PLUS settlement incentive bonus.
