Associate Affiliate/Live Creator Manager (12-month contract)

Annual Salary: USD 110,000 – USD 135,000 
Final base salary within this range will be determined based on job-related factors, including the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.

Role Overview

We’re looking for an Affiliate & Live Commerce Manager to help grow our affiliate and streamer ecosystem across TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Twitch, Youtube Live, Whatnot, and other emerging live commerce platforms. This role will support our affiliate and live commerce initiatives by recruiting affiliates and streamers, coordinating campaigns, managing creator relationships, and helping execute live commerce programs that drive engagement, content creation, and sales.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about affiliate marketing, social commerce, and live shopping, and is excited to help build and scale a fast-growing program at Nex.

What You'll Do

• Affiliate Recruitment & Onboarding: Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates, creators, and livestream hosts across TikTok Shop, Amazon Live, Twitch, YouTube, Whatnot, and other emerging platforms. Equip partners with the assets, messaging, product knowledge, and best practices needed to produce engaging content and successful livestreams.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, creators, agencies, and livestream partners while identifying new partnership opportunities that align with our brand.
• Campaign Coordination: Coordinate product seeding, creator gifting, commission structure, campaign timelines, and day-to-day communication to ensure seamless campaign execution.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor affiliate, creator, and livestream performance to identify top-performing partners, provide actionable insights, and optimize future campaigns.
• Program Operations: Help develop scalable processes, documentation, and workflows to support the continued growth of our affiliate and live commerce programs.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, creator partnerships, influencer marketing, live shopping, or social commerce.
• Experience working with TikTok Shop, Twitch, YouTube, Whatnot, or similar creator and live streaming platforms.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with creators, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• A self-starter who enjoys learning new platforms and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Passion for creator and affiliate marketing, livestreaming, gaming, and emerging social commerce trends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting TikTok Shop affiliate and/or live shopping programs end-to-end from the brand side.
• Experience with gaming, consumer electronics, toys, or family-focused brands.
