Assisted Living LPN

LPN position details:

We are hiring for a Regular Part Time (3 days/week) LPN position. The scheduled hours will be for the overnight shift, 11pm - 7am. 

 LPN job duties include:

Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct care services.
Maintain care records, resident files, and progress notes as required.
Review resident care needs and physician’s orders.
Perform nursing duties such as completing DSS forms, functional assessment service plans, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc. as necessary.

Qualifications: LPN qualifications: 

Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license.
Must be CPR and first aid certified.
Must have verbal and written English skills.
