We’re looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN's) who desire a career that matters in a company that values their expertise.  The LPN in our Assisted Living area directs resident care; collaborates with physicians, residents and multi-disciplinary team members; provides physical and psychological support to residents, families and team members.

Status: Full Time or Part Time
 
Shifts: 7a-3p & 3p-11p

Pay: Starting from $28.00 an hour plus $1.00 differential for 2nd shift

Responsibilities

• Communicate a sense of caring, concern, and dignity for elders during the course of care.
• Recognize the autonomy and dignity of all elders 
• Understand how to place decision-making in the hands of the elders
• Focus on providing high-quality service and care

Qualifications

• Education:  Graduate of approved nursing program
• Licensure:  Valid Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license, CPR
• Experience:  At least 6 months of direct care nursing practice desired; long term care experience preferred
