Assisted Living Caregiver 

Pay: Up to $18 per hour (based on experience and shift)
Shift: Part-Time | 2pm-10pm
Location: Aurora, Ohio

What You’ll Do

Assist residents with daily care and Activities of Daily Living (ADLs)
Provide compassionate support with meals, hygiene, mobility, and more
Monitor and report any changes in resident condition
Participate in resident programs and daily activities
Maintain cleanliness in common areas and complete laundry tasks
Respond quickly to resident and family needs
Deliver friendly, professional customer service
Work collaboratively with coworkers across all units
Attend required training sessions and staff meetings

Strong communication and teamwork skills
Dependable and able to follow care guidelines
Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required—we provide training
