We take walk-ins and online check-in. * A real step toward leading a team, not a placeholder title. * Leaders, not bosses * Weekday shifts 9A-2:30P or 2:30P-7P, plus an extra 1P-6P shift Fri * Weekend shifts 9A-6P, plus an extra 10A-6P shift * $31.50-$41.50/hr total, built on a guaranteed $17.50/hr base plus tips * Credit card tips land on your weekly paycheck and you keep your cash tips * 401(k) * Product sales commission * Paid vacation, full-time and part-time * Real path toward a Salon Manager role

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as an Assistant Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and great customer service
• A team-first mindset with a desire to encourage and support others
• Clear communication skills and a positive, motivating attitude
• Organization, flexibility, and the desire to help keep the salon running smoothly
• An interest in growing your leadership skills and taking on more responsibility
